The wet method will always yield better results (less bubbles) if done correctly. If you are going with the dry method here are some brief instructions: Clean surface thoroughly. Remove the tape layer from the paper, when you pull it off make sure the vinyl is coming up and sticking to the tape layer. If it does not stick you can ruin the sticker. If this is the case, push the tape onto the sticker and the sticker will eventually come up. Once the tape layer has been removed (with the sticker on it) apply it to the surface vinyl side down and press down. Smooth it out and make sure it is fully stuck down. Start from the middle and work your way out to the edges. Then peel off the tape layer leaving the sticker behind on your surface.
