Die cut stickers come in 3 parts: 1. The top layer is transfer tape, this is used to transfer the actual sticker as one piece onto the surface you are installing it on. 2. The middle layer is the actual sticker, this is the part that will be left on the surface when installing. 3. The bottom layer is the wax paper. This protects the sticky side of the vinyl until the sticker is installed. Lay the decal face up and rub the surface with something hard like a credit card (this makes sure the decal is adhering to the transfer tape properly) 2. Clean the surface where you will be applying the sticker and make sure the area is also dry. 3. Flip the decal face down, pull the wax paper off slowly making sure the decal is adhering the transfer tape and not sticking to the wax paper (if it is sticking to the wax paper, go back to step 1) 4. Hold the decal and make sure it is level before installing it on your desired surface. (once the sticker is stuck it cannot be repositioned or moved) 5. Use a debit card or any similar object to apply pressure and rub the surface of the transfer tape, adhering the sticker and removing any air bubbles. 6. Slowly pull the transfer tape off the sticker making sure the sticker is adhering to the surface, and none of it is staying on the transfer tape. The vinyl we use is made in the USA and has an outdoor lifespan of 7+ years. It is highly resistant to fading and also has great UV protection to prevent fading over time. Domestic Small Decals: All small decals shipping domestically are shipped FREE via USPS first class mail . Please make sure that the address provided is correct and also deliverable by USPS. Domestic Large Decals: All large decals shipping domestically are shipped FREE via either USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail (depending on weight or if the buyer paid for priority shipping during checkout) The tracking number will be updated on your order and once the post office has processed your order you will be able to track it online. International Small Decals: All small decals shipping internationally are shipped via USPS first class mail for a flat fee of $1.15. There is no additional shipping charge for multiple small decals. International Large Decals: All large decals shipping international are shipped via USPS first class mail and the buyer will be charged by the weight and delivery location.
